Please look after my lovely flat as if it is your own as I have designed it with a lot of care and attention. Please be considerate in the late evening as this is a residential area and I live on the ground floor. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. If you require check in/out outside standard times please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to other guest checkin/out. No parties will be tolerated.
